Hi there! My name is Jose, owner and senior tour guide at Apuray Travel, where I have spent 18 years of my life travelling my native country of South America. Now I want to share my knowledge and experiences with those who are interested in coming to South America, especially Peru, a country full of tradition, culture & history that few possess.
I started my journey at the age of 17 years old as an assistant tour guide and then as an official guide for many years. During this time I was working and studying, continually developing my passion of travel and meeting people from all over the world. I love to share the mystique that can be found in the Andes of South America, where the mountains are silent witnesses to our trails of adventure for the one that dares to explore.
